Yes, I believe it is. At our local landfill we have what is called The Swap Shop. There are some restrictions, but you can take just about any household item there with the hopes that someone else will take it home and use it rather than it being thrown in the dump. The County has had to limit the length that people can stay there and the number of times a week they can visit because people literally swarm over you when you drop something off. Sometimes you can't even get it out of the back of your pickup before someone is snagging the stuff you want to drop off. It's really a good deal, though!

Yes. Because to turn trash into treasure one must use creativity. And anyone who possesses sufficient creativity can always find treasure instead of trash. See the link for an excellent example.

Most definitely, have you ever been to the dump? The things people throw out never ceases to amaze me. You can really find some treasure. Most of the time it has a little dirt on it, doesn't take long to wipe it up and use it for myself.

IT can be. Need creates value. If you are not needed, you are trash. IF you are needed, you are a treasure. ONe man may not need you, but another man may.

surely you have some sort of Thrift Store near you. Go in there, and see what gets donated that could be a treasure to you. You never know what you will find in such a store.
