Ok so here's what it means exactly:
He's good looking and really manly (virile) in a way that I will not let you know everything. He just knows how and when to make me laugh. He just shows me a lot of respect and he listens to what I say.
I have to mention that whoever wrote this doesn't speak good french, maybe the person used a translator because the sentences aren't built correctly : p
A girl had to write this! lol

im english but i live in Quebec Canada.the firts part about viril im not 100% sure what she is trying to say expressions mean diffrent things to diffrent people here.the rest is acurate though.

There are free online translators on the net. Just type in 'free online translator' in the search box....i think world lingo is one. It will translate your entire text....(probably not grammatically correct, but at least enough to make you understand what was written). Hope that helps:)

I'm not too entirely sure, but sounds like she is talking about how beautiful this guy is and how respectful he is and how he listens.
I don't know, why don't you find a translating dictionary online.
