Props for Repo Man and The Big Lebowski. I don't know, anything tarantino touches is usually chocked full of good and interesting music, but for straight up good music I would have to say The Blues Brothers.

Any of the Star Wars movies have great soundtracks. Black Hawk Down is a good one too.

I know it's dorky but I liked the Shark Tale movie soundtrack.I also like the Take the Lead movie soundtrack.And of course Disney Movie soundtracks.

My favorite film music composer is Hans Zimmer. He uses a variety of styles to score different types of movies, but whenever he scores an action movie, you'd better prepare your ears and your stereo speakers for a workout! Some of my favorites of his works include:
