I need to find a on-campus job that I can doing while participating in Cross country and Track. Ideally it would have:
Ten hours/week
Have a chance to do homework
Not Food Service or Custodial

Talk to your coach to see what they recommend. Working w/ the athletic dept might be a good and close option. Many jobs on campus require very little work and allow time to read/do homework. Try residential hall desks, the library, computer labs.
The Financial Aid office should have a list of on-campus jobs!

Your at the bottom of the food chain kid. Food service is almost all you have. You may be able to get in at the library, but those are usually reserved for work study students. Besides, your not there to study your there to work.

Call your athletic center at your school to see if they're hiring. At my university, there were students that worked the front desk lending out the equipment as well as lifeguards and other staff.
