your hubby tells you his libido has decreased and he has lost interest in sex because of significant weight gain, but he still continues to please himself?

He may be depressed. Usually when a man puts on weight, he might not feel "worthy" or he may feel that you do not find yourself as sexually attracted to him pre weight gain. It sounds like you need to have a heart to heart to figure out the root of the problems.
