i am putting in the right password and it will wont let me check or send any emails. can anyone help me?

Reset your password. It happens to us at work all the time. If I go in and change or reset the password in the options, it usually works. Outlook can be a royal pain sometimes.

It may not be a problem with your password. It could be a problem with your ISP. When did the problem start happening? Did you change anything? The ISP could have changed their settings. I had it happen one time. The ISP changed the settings and didn't let customers know.

Make sure you have the right password and that the caps lock is off, and that any other capital letters are correct. If that doesn't work, contact whoever you have your email through and have them reset or change your password.

Also make sure your username is correct.

your log in password and e-mail password might be different. you can check with your isp.
