This gene as some claim exists would have bred itself out of the population through the thousands of years that man supposedly evolved. So how can a trait be passed through a lineage that doesn't on average procreate? Especially in it's earliest phases of development.

Being a homo isn't inherited. It's learned behavior. The environment determines the sexuality of people. Sometimes abuse or rebellion leads to homosexual tendencies. Being gay doesn't happen naturally, it's caused.

that's maximum possibly a mixture of nature and nurture. there have been learn with twins, as an occasion. If one twin is gay, the different is extra possibly to be gay, and it is genuine whether they do no longer look to be noted interior the same kinfolk. different learn have shown that homosexuality in boys is extra possibly if a mom supplies beginning to quite a few boys. each boy she has will develop the prospect that he would be gay. This has some thing to do with the mummy's physique attacking the hormones of the springing up fetus. So those styles of issues point out inheritance. the incontrovertible fact that no longer all people who've a gay same twin sibling, in different words, somebody genetically same, for sure skill that some thing happens exterior the genes a minimum of. whether it quite is inherited or prompted by employing a individual's ecosystem, i've got heard human beings say that sexuality is somewhat set in very early formative years, so regardless, that's no longer a decision.

Not neccessarily. Keep in mind, there are two types of genes, dominant and recessive. If a person inherits a recessive "homosexual" gene from each parent, then, that would be the trait the child inherits. By your logic, we wouldn't have any blondes today either, since, if I'm not mistaken, that is a recessive gene as well. That being said, I haven't heard any evidence that there is a gene which determines homosexuality.

It is most likely to develop as a result of over-population.
The Earth now numbers six billion on a planet that can only safely support two billion.
When mice are subjected to overcrowding, variations occur; such as homicide, insanity, infanticide, and disease associated with civil intensity.
However, even sparse peoples such as Indian nations recognized that homosexuals bore strong traits and were held in respect.

Homosexuality isn't an inherited trait. It has to do with the brain not with your DNA. If a homosexual male donated sperm and a lesbian woman used it to fertilize her egg, that child would be no more likely to be homosexual than the child of two heterosexual parents. You don't fall for a person because your blood tells you to, you fall for a person because your brain reacts to the person in the right way.

We don't know if Dick Cheney is gay or not. Just kidding. Seriously, homosexuality is a choice, not an inherited trait.

There is no evidence that honosexuality is caused by a gene. If there is such a thing, could you provide a citation that supports your idea, please?
