Sure there is, and it depends on what you want to transfer to your PSP. If that's music or pictures, just open the PSP as a harddrive in your computer and put the files into the right folders. If you want to transfer videos, first you must convert them to the appropriate type. There is a program calles PSP Video9 which you can use to do that. (Or you can buy the official Sony software) then transfer the files to the right folder.
