I think the North Koreans are crazy and want attention. I think they want to get the worlds attention to make them look like their powerful. Also is they probably want money. They think the USA would pay them to stop like Clinton did so they are doing this. Also I think Bush and his administration is doing very well with this issue.

I actually think that he should test the damn missiles. Basic deterrence theory. Once this moron we elected gets out of iraq he's going to have to engage another country to keep his numbers from sinking even lower. Best way to do this for the Republicans historically has been to blow the crap out of some small country. As long as he tests the missiles they'll think twice before coming after him. Long run scenario, it saves another 20, 000 american lives that don't need to be thrown away to keep the Bush family fortune intact. Test away

Blow up China since they are the ones funding this craziness. Its no coincidence that they have been test firing missliles on the same day as the space shuttle (check in '99). Allegedly, we (the US) use the same tracking system to track the space shuttle as we do ICBMs, and China is trying to figure out what frequencies we use to do so. North Korea is a pawn in a bigger chess match with China and Russia.
My solution is to give Japan nukes. Then see how much China starts to sweat.

Kim Jong Il is an evil man with an inferiority complex who is intent on being the center of attention. Countries will unite - like China, Japan, and Russia - to put him back in his place. Too many countries have too much to lose if Kim goes "ballistic". And those countries are more in harm's way than is the U.S. So it's time for other countries to step up for once and deal with it.

I think they spent too much on it. Wouldn't it more meaningfull and usefull if the money they spend in those missile (which do more harm to the nature) they allocated to buy more food for the poor. As far as I knew, there's still plenty of people there in the edge of hunger and poverty.

I think they have something up their sleeve. And that those "failed attempts" were meant to make it look as if their missile program is inefficient... maybe it is better than they are letting on.
I have a feeling something will happen in the US as a result of their actions...something like Hiroshima.....

As a U.S. citizen, I think that our government should practice a policy of containment with North Korea. Our policy towards non-democratic countries should include aggresive trade policies and absolutely NO freebies. No food, no drugs, no technology. Nothing. Further, we should extend that policy towards any country that props up these rogue regimes.

we shouldnt even be playing this game with hikm...we should just say that we dont want anything to do with their country, but we will monitor it, and if one missle gets even off the ground...we will annihilate the rest of their military bases...quit messing with this little agitating prick...and dont give him a cent of aid...
