There are bunch of people like the goverment on the other side running things and doing things just like it is on earth?
What if when you die, people are getting killed and dying just like on earth now. Only when you die when your dead, you go back on earth. When you die on earth you go back to the other side?

I'd probably be pretty pissed and ask for my money back that was paid out for my funeral. People would have paid for me to have a very nice time in the afterlife (at least I hope they would) and if I'm not enjoying myself, I'd feel ripped off.

That is rather convoluted explanation.
Kind of like the movie "The Far Side of the Sun", where an alternate earth exists.

i dont understand this other side? there is only 2 sides heaven and hell, once yougo to either side there is no comming back. what people dont understand is that Jesus is comming back in the book of revelations it tells that Jesus is comming back in the air he will not touch ground this time he will raise up his believers, starting with the ones in the graveyards, we belivers who are still living will also be taken up to meet him in the sky. how ever the rest will be left behind, then Jesus will let Satan loose for a time,( will you be left behind to fight satan and his army?) then Jesus will come back,with his army and the fight against good and evil will begin.read the book of revelations. and get your heart right, hell is forever, and forever, and forever amen.

we will never know what happens when we die until we die and everyone would just have to just live with that until they do and well like me most people believe in different religions and they believe different things are going to happen when they die so no one really knows and there's nothing we can do about it
