I use L'Oreal Ideal Balance Foaming Cleanser then apply L'Oreal Visible Results both in the morning and before bed.

Visible Results is the key product for me. It helps increase the elasticity and moisture of my skin without clogging my pores and causing other breakouts. It has SPF 15, and pore refining elements. Another benefit I have experienced is reduced redness around my cheeks and chin.

Using both products combined has reduced my breakouts drastically. Down to 1 or 2 each month compared to 3 to 5 per week without.

I would recommend Visible Results for most skin types (but be sure to read the label), however you may choose a different cleanser to suit your needs. Before using the Balance Foaming Cleanser, I used L'Oreal Visibly Clean which was cleansing and exfoiliating, but I found it irritated my skin and exacerbated the redness.

Good Luck.

You'll just have to try out different creams. Everyone's skin reacts differently. What works for one may make another break out more. It may be good to go see a dermatologist if the pimples bother you too much.

"Vermont's Original" Bag Balm. It feels way greasy at first but that is just the harmless petrolatum base. The stuff is amazing, you can use it on your hands and feet too. It's not so comfy though, and it looks kinda wierd when you got it on, so I only use it when I am not planning on going anywhere.
You can find it at any "Kroger" owned store with lotions and creams.
Hope that helps.

I have found that ProActiv (which is a whole cleansing system) works really well.

I tried that stuff, but it only worked to a point. I would go to a dermatologist.
