THanks for the responses so far -- I mean the scary "Cape Fear" music that plays in the background when Sideshow Bob is trying to do something sinister. It plays every time Bob is around, usually when he's coming up with a plan or executing one against Bart (or Springfield, whatever).

I'm not sure which theme you mean. If it's the bouncy music from Krusty's show, you may be out of luck. I don't think it's ever been released.

As for the more sinister theme music (low, menacing horns), you might try the score for "Cape Fear." That music was used in the "Cape Feare" episode of the Simpsons with Sideshow Bob. That music is/was available commercially and who knows? Your library might have it.
