"The Man Trap"

Oddly enough, "The Man Trap" was episode six in terms of filming sequence. It was, however, the first episode aired -- ever. NBC insisted on having a proper "space monster" in the first episode. So, "The Man Trap" was aired first. Episode five was actually aired later.

I believe it was episode 5, The Enemy Within.
