Joe Rocket has awesome apparel...
As for your first bike get a ninja 250, the number is the cc of engine... bigger engine generally means more power, and more weight, thats why the smaller the number (size) the lighter.
The Kawasaki Ninja 250 is a cheap bike, only $3k from the showroom floor, and insurance and gas is NOTHING. They're still reasonably fast for you first 6 months of riding and alot of fun, and they hold their value better than any other bike. If you still have to get a bigger one, check out the Kawasaki 650r.

If you are getting a crotch rocket the best overall bike out is the Suzuki GSX R750... Baaaaad *** bike! Next would be the Honda CBR 600RR, also very very nice bike. Best gear around is Dianese. Very pricey, but worth the money!
Good Luck, and ride safe!

i'd commence by speaking on your connections or vacationing your community song and talking to a coach. Be consumer-pleasant and tell them about your journey with horses. Be keen to take any interest they throw your way notwithstanding and enable or not this is known that you're keen to a thanks to workout race horses. using race horses is a very diverse self-discipline than western, hunter/jumper, etc. Ask around the song for help there are one of those keen those who're keen that can help you get there. Be continual. execs to being an workout rider you in straight forward words paintings 0.5 an afternoon and also you receives a fee $10 in preserving with horse and in case you could make the common of 8 horses a morning it really is $80 greenbacks an afternoon and also you in straight forward words workout each horse for approximately 15 minutes. so that you've the aptitude to make more desirable than a groom or warm walker on a flat gross sales who paintings all day. Cons you will get damage at any time. extra efficient carry insurance on your self in case you get damage purely in case you get a coach who refuses to pay the clinical institution bill. no longer all operating shoes are that way yet there are some operating shoes like that. good success!

icon is one of the better brands but also one of the more expensive. as far as what kind of bike to get i would start with a Kawasaki ex500 and then move to a 600cc of choice. the 500 is cheap but still has its kick for someone that is just starting out. good luck the classes.

Kawasaki has a new(for 06) 650 twin. it's lightweight and has a reasonably low seat height for a sport bike
as for clothing , look at the textile jacket and pants. tho not as strong as leather. many brands are more versitile ,and have good wet or dry protection

The ninja 250 is PLENTY fast for a beginner, especially if you're a smaller person (under 140 lbs). Seriously. Stoplight to stoplight, and in tight corners I know guys ( myself being one of them , in my youth) who've beat bigger bikes while riding small light ones.

any 600cc is a good starter bike. as far as apparel, as long as its leather, and you like it, it will work.
