I've been married for almost 2yrs. We've been trying to get baby. But since doctors say that I've difficulty getting pregnant, the chances r slim. Still I'm finding ways to get one. I'm healthy except that my period is irregular. Pls tell me what to do?

Don't lose hope. It's just 2 years and miracle can happen man if doctor says that your chances are slim. Don't rely on doctors alone as their theory are diff with Chinese Physician etc. We almost 2 years too and both of us are healthy. But for me and my husband, God do exist - it's up to HIM to give us now, later or never. It's the matter of the effort you put in. Im going for Malay traditional massage, taking Evening Primrose Oil capsules and just had sex as normal. IVR etc are costly and results aren't guarantee. Now is wish to try acupuncture. U c! Im trying.

talk to your doctor about why you are having difficulty getting pregnant and start trying to fix the issues one at a time. You could be putting yourself under a lot of stress so first off you have to RELAX, your body wont allow you to get pregnant under extreme stress. Make sure you are getting enough nutrients, you eat right, and drink plenty of water. Try exercising 3 times a week for at least 30 min to keep your heart rate up- if your hubby is good in bed- sex works! Keep trying, dont give up. Also if it turns out tht you will not get pregnant, there are lots of children looking for good homes.
