Whatever you feel most comfortable in. Use your best features and accentuate off of that.
Example, you have curly hair. Yes, you may straighten it, but if you plan on keeping this picture for all eternity, then you might not want to. You don't want to look back and wonder why, when you are old and grey, why you did that.
Smooth out your curls and leave it up or down.
I hope this answered some points of your question, but this is just my opinion, so don't necessarily do it. And to the point of your skin, I am very pale, so I can't help you out there. Sorry.

Go to your nearest MAC counter, these are some of the best make-up artist in the country. If MAC is not available try Estee Lauder or the Prescriptives counter, I assure you that you cannot go wrong w/ either. If you plan on straightening your hair have your stylist use a CHI irong to straighten, it makes your hair look silky w/o a lot of oil having to be used. Good luck to you and congratulations.

I wouldn't consider straightening it at all. I would die for curly hair... I think a nice shimmering caramel color for eyeshadow would look great with your complexion. I would go for a clear lip gloss as well. Maybe a slight amount of blush would work.

I suggest that you use silver or dark grey - almost black eyeshadow using white-shimmer on the eylid then apply your dark-greay onto the center crease (boney part) being careful NOT to go up to eyebrow.Be sure to get most of the grey off your brush first so its not so dark. then use black eyeliner and plum not brown blush (dont over apply blush.) As for your hair I would go with down and sultry (big long curls!)If you leave hair too straight it tends to give a "not so done up" look ,(in my opinion anyway.)

straighten your hair if you usally keep it curly then see if you can pull some of it up and hold it with a clip. I'm not realy a big make up fan so i would say just put on some eye liner and have some lip gloss

for a graduation pic...it's best to do something simple....if you had your head measured with curly hair, then leave it curly or you'll have problems with the hat fitting correctly. as for make up...neutral color just to warm the cheeks....for poppin' eyes, use a neutral, bright/light color with a shimmery/glittery tone to it with mascara that has just a hint of color to it...maybe a blue/black or some shade of brown. for your lips, choose something with shimmer in it. no extra glitter and not too bright on the lip color....graduation is meant to be sophisicated.
