I don't watch football at all, much less the half-time shows. Escpecially if Justin T and Janet Jackson is in it. And I'm sick of the people just singing. They should have something more entertaining.

Seriously. I hate the spectacle of the halftime shows. Just a gaudy, over the top, crapfest. Except the year after 9/11, when U2 did a great job.

Maybe some more Aerosmith/N Sync collaborations- gee, what a great idea that was. OR better yet, some more Ashley "screammmmmmmm" Simpson showing off her non-skills. Better yet, we could have a public stoning of people who like half-time shows and cause the rest of us to have to sit through them. You know, the rest of us- those of us who actually LIKE football and watch it in spite of the garbage halftime shows, not because of it.

I've always been a big advocate of moving the Nathan's hot dog eating contest to halftime of the Super Bowl. It's the perfect time for it...

They are corny. The only one that was cool was when Paul McCartney did it, the whole crowd sang "Hey Jude?" That was pretty cool.
They should just play highlights of great passes, great hits, and interviews of the past season and skip the whole thing.
