That's horrible! And I cant even see a point to it, I'm assuming it would stunt the growth of the mammary glands, which we need to uh, produce milk for our children! Why anyone would do this.... its beyond me.

Your body will be reacting to the hormonal shift - you many times have a "relax" from the pills (your era) yet you kept going so perhaps those indicators are springing up from the wreck on your general progression of medication. To ease your concepts, i'd purchase a being pregnant attempt and take it. possibilities are extreme you have not conceived yet understanding for positive is better. There are some that are available packs of two. Take the attempt two times, in accordance to the instructions and if the outcomes are useful, you ought to work out a gynecologist once you could so that you'll make a decision on what to do. The recognizing element is general once you bypass a era - a number of the recent pills out that enable you to purely have 4 classes a year say that is an aspect outcome. i doesn't be in any respect stunned that is what you're experiencing. If all else fails and also you nonetheless have questions, seem up planned Parenthood on your telephone e book or, in case you've self belief your gyno, call him/her. tell them each and every thing and also you may want to get sound medical propose. desire this enables, safeguard your self.

OK I found a story about it. Older women massage little girls' breasts with hot pestles, coconut shells and stones to postpone development and keep the men's eyes off of the girls' breasts. How horrible! All the girls suffer pain, and some suffer deformities and cancer. Others will never be able to nurse later on. They said 25% of all girls in Cameroon go through it.
Personally, even though I am mostly an unapologetic liberal, I am appalled and can't accept it. It is almost as horrible as "female circumcision" (genital mutilation), and I can't accept it as a "cultural difference." Can't they find a way to protect women better? I can't see it as honoring the girls. It is a desperate measure taken my mommies to save their little girl children from rape, pedophilia and a life of slavery.

Wow! I knew about female genital mutilation, but I'd never heard of breast ironing. I just read the article on cnn.com. I think it's deplorable! Not living in their culture I can't begin to understand it. It's a human rights issue, as is female genital mutilation. I'm appalled to think that these kinds of things are still done in the 21st century.

Breast ironing is very cruel, but there is hope. There are Christian organizations and missionaries that are working over there to lead people to Christ. Eventually the torture will stop once the culture was been changed. Please pray to the Lord for those girls over there that they may know a new life.

It's just plain wrong, and that is why the world just needs more education. i am becoming so unbelievably aggravated by male dominated societies that think it is O.K. to exploit and demean women. We are the ones who create life and therefpre the propigation of men. We have shown respect to men for so many years, and I am so glad thathings have developed the way the have in the U.S for women, but other countries are so behind.
