Do I need a pair of mukluks if I go pan for gold in the Alaskan wilderness?

You don't "need" them, you could do it naked if you wanted to, but you might want them, I don't know, never tried it.

You may want to get yourself a pair of rubber boots.

We only used Mukluks during the winter months.

Well, they would keep your feet warm in the Alaskan wilderness but there is no gold there. Sorry!
