i read somewhere that he is either up for parole or he will be released in 200 something i think it was 3007 . . .does anyoen know . . . .and remember, he was never actually convicted of murder

I don't believe Charles Manson will ever be released. He will never be paroled. He will die in prison. he was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder which is actually worse than committing the murders himself. He planned the murders and indoctrinated his followers. His victims could not defend themselves against him, the mastermind, because he wasn't there. He's the worst kind of coward, sending others out to do his dirty work.
According to www.wikipedia.com: "Manson was last entitled to a parole hearing in 2002, and was denied early release, in particular due to a "litany" of offenses ranging from drug trafficking to arson to assaulting guards. He is next eligible for parole in 2007."

trust me he will NEVER be released. but sad to say he is STILL running his family and he DOES have someone to assume HIS responsibilities when he dies.
