I accused my bf of cheating on me, but it turns out that i was completly wrong, now he is really pissed off at me. I want to call him and tell him i'm sorry, but i don't know how to start the conversation, or what to say.

Be honest. Sometimes, it isn't a great idea to plan what you have to say, but instead, to let your heart talk. Let it say what it wants to say.
I wouldn't recommend doing it over the phone though, maybe call him and ask him if he has a moment to see you, so that you can talk some things out. Tell him what it is about, but don't start harping on with an apology. If he knows that you're prepared to admit that you were wrong, and that you're willing to say sorry, he will most likely be up to it.
Seeing somebody say sorry, and hearing it, are 2 totally different things. And. They usually have very different outcomes.
Even though accusing your boyfriend of cheating, was pretty harsh, I think it's great that you've stepped up to the plate and admitted that you were wrong. And. Not only that, but you're prepared to say sorry. So, hats off to you.

Just call him and tell him that you made a mistake and allowed your insecurities get the best of you.
Say you are sorry and that you would like to communicate with him more openly about your suspicions. Explain to him that he can also help the situation by behaving in a way that will re assure you that he is committed to you.

Remind him that you're only human and the virtues of being able to forgive. Then lighten it up by saying he now has earned one free get out of jail card from you, to use for when he's the one making the big mistake.

Just apologize, and let him know that you jumped to conclusions. Let him know it's only because you really care for him, and couldn't stand the thought of losing him. It was a mistake, we all make em. Good luck...:)

just say i thought that u was cheating becuz whatever and whatever ur reason was and say u r sorry and then hang up and if he calls u back he's still interested

just tell him it was a misunderstanding and bad communication thing. apoligise and tell him next time instead of "accusing" him you will just talk to him about your concerns. hope that helps
