Spider-man 2. Way better than any of them. The acting, visuals, directing, and music is great.

Spiderman 2 is my favourite, but I think batman returns was awesome too. I haven't seen superman returns yet (It's not in theatres yet in France), and I do think fantastic four was really one of the worst superhero movies ever made (with dardevil and the punisher)

I think both the spider man movies were good, with very good dialogues.
I personally feel this is one is very good, "with great power comes great responsibility"
