Yes ! I have never had one that you cant make international calls on I only use pay as you go Sim cards having in the past managed to run up a £700 contract card bill a few years ago when I lived in Germany so good sense said get a pay as you go card and put a certain amount of credit on it every month and when that is gone hard luck ! I am back home and have a virgin pay-go Sim and can phone and text my mates in Germany no prob but it is bloody costly but if there are pay-go Sim cards that are not able 2 call international please list them
