Just try to carry on as many conversations in English as possible. Once you practice using it on a daily basis, you'll naturally speak it better.
Speak English with native speakers or just anyone else who speaks it at every opportunity.
I'm originally from the Russian Federation, and I learned Ossetian and Russian first. Then, I started learning English at a young age because my mother is an English teacher. She would speak English with me quite often. As a result, I always had to be placed in a higher level English class in school with older students. Now I live in Canada and use English all of the time.
So, really, just speaking English at every chance you have is very helpful.
