My basement walls used to leak like a seive. Here's what worked:
Dig out the cracks to be repaired with a power saw (ensure you have the correct blade and safety glasses). The ide is to prepare the surface of the crack for good adhesion of the filler, so blowing or rinsing it out is a good idea. There is a type of cement that expands when it cures, and it cures very quickly... Hydraulic cement. I have sealed cracks to be water tight with it. It comes in a small can and is to be mixed in small amounts with water to a paste consistency. It will cure in about five minutes time. This works very well for small cracks, even those that leak water. Larger horizontal cracks should be checked out by a structural expert!

They sell Caulk at Menards or other hardware stores to fill in the cracks.

if they are small enough you get by with a masonry caulk (sherwin williams, anywhere else), but if the areas are larger use a quikcrete mix
