Anyone know how to get by this? I'm trying to transfer all my VHS LEGALLY BOUGHT movies onto DVD for easier viewing and reduction of storage space, but I'm getting blocked with this on a lot of movies. The DVR is a LG LRH-780

Most newer DVD recorders will not allow you to copy any movies that have any copy protection integrated in the video like Macrovision. This would include most pre-recorded VHS tapes. You can thank the movie industry for this restriction.

There are some hardware products you can buy called video stabilizers that go between your VCR and the DVD recorder that purport to remove this so that you can make archival copies of your VHS tapes.

It does boggle the mind that the movie industry gets these restrictions enforced by the hardware manufacturers to protect their product and it hurts the very consumer that they want to buy the movie. True pirates that want to mass copy movies always find a way to circumvent all of their protections, but the regular consumer can't use a purchased movie in the way they choose.

The movie industry would want you to re-buy your movies on DVD if you want to watch them in that format.

it really is complete in straightforward words signifies that His earthly section in God's plan of redemption replaced into accomplished for that season. He fulfilled the prophecies of the old testomony covenant (the regulation) and ushered contained in the starting up of the hot testomony covenant (salvation through religion). His fact "it really is complete" had not some thing to do with the writing of the Bible and the recording of the activities of the old testomony or the guarantees of the hot testomony. He wasn't with regard to the apostles persevering with artwork on earth. actually: 18 Then Jesus got here to them and suggested, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 hence bypass and make disciples of all international locations, baptizing them contained in the call of the daddy and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and education them to obey each and every thing I actual have commanded you. And easily i'm with you as a rule, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20. NIV through recording those activities, the apostles obeyed Jesus' command to them, not merely for his or her time yet for our time as well. without them, we'd want to be unable to participate in God's plan of redemption. We does not even understand what it replaced into. And does not that be the most excellent tragedy on earth - to be condemned to eternity in hell because we did not understand!

I'll admit...I did it the lazy way.
I sold all of my VHS movies at a yard sale and bought DVD's. :-)
Maybe this will help you, or at least point you in the right direction.
Peace!

You have to get some kind of adaptor that overrides the copyright protection circuitry. Try bestbuy.
