I have seen that people have asked about this and I know that the error message is actually spyware, I just dont know how to get rid of it. I ran two antispyware programs and they found tons of spyware and removed it but it is still there. The main problem I have is that I cant get onto the internet and I think its because of it so I cant download any antivirus.

I know its spyware, I said that. Im trying to get rid of it. I have norton but I have to download it because I bought it from a different cpu. I just want to know if there is a chick fix

I cant go to any of those websites on the infected computer because it doesnt go online

You need more assistance than can be given here in this limited format. Without knowing more specifics of what it actually on your system one cannot realistically help you here.
Depending on what you have, there may be specific removal tools and protocols for cleaning this up and this format here is not really the place to do it. On the computer that you are able to acccess the internet, I would recommend you visit one of the free online tech help sites where folks who have experience in removing these entries can work with you individually to clean up your system.

Go to Microsoft.com Australia and go to downloads the download beta 11 or defender. And you will never get another pop up.
Disable Norton and windows firewall.Download AVG free anti virus it is brilliant,better than Norton I have disabled my Norton also. That should fix the problem.It happened to me and that is what a tech and I did and voila!!!! cheers.

that happened to my computer. had to take it in and get spyware cleaned off by professional. He said the spyware interrupted the modem, thats why u cant get on internet.

What has happened is an infection (spy ware, ad ware ,virus,trojan, or worm) has gotten in and infected your windows...To remove it all you will probly have to remove what ever it is in --Maybe some of your windows componets..

If you are an Advance User, you can remove it through sysinternal's tools
1) Autoruns
2) Process Explorer
Just google these tools... Please please please please be careful you can blue screen your unit if you make one mistake.. But you can REMOVE IT...
