Look at Suzuki GB, unlike the american site I think they give specs for stuff like that.
Its probably in the 14~15 second range

18,000 miles is actually very low, and $900 is a very good price, if its in decent condition of course, you want to check out all the standard things, chain and sprockets, cables and hoses, service history, how it runs, how it rides, if all that checks out it sounds like a good deal.
