first your have to knock her fat a$$ out , cause we wouldnt want struggelling now would we
second lift from the legs , and pull her up to your shoulders like how you would if you were carrying a heavy bag
and last but not least make sure you have NO FOOD on you whatever you do , do not have food with you(in your pockets or wherever) because that can wake her up in no time
