it depends in what u listen to cuz if it was rock green day would totally win but if ur into punk then simple plan would be better.
since I listen to more punk then rock I'll go with simple plan.

Green Day by far. I saw them in concert on their final show of the American Idiot tour. Absolutely amazing.

Green day won an award for their band
And got in first place on mtv

Honestly, I strongly dislike both bands. They both try to be punk, and fail. I choose Green Day, because their earlier music was ok, and their concert was great.
