most any. iTunes and Windows Media Player both accept credit cards* OR gift cards which you can buy at most wal-marts and grocery stores. As for free music, limewire became legal (a.k.a. w/ credit cards) so i dont know of any other websites. A note on "free" music: most "free music" websites make you complete some random special offer that requires you entering your credit card #, and most of those sites can give you viruses if you dont have good virus protection .
*iTunes just started allowing you to pay w/ paypal (good for eBay dudes)
