They sell this stuff now called oxyclean, and I am not kidding, it takes out every kind of stain imaginable. You have to mix it up in water 1st then pour it on the oil stain and let it soak for a bit then scrub it with a scrubber. I bet it works. It may take a couple of tries and some really hot water.

This really works I use it all the time. Cover the oil stains with new powdered cement, not concrete mix, cement. Let it set 5 or 10 minutes, scratch it around and into the stain with a garden hoe or scraper it'll look like new...

Cover the stain with clay cat litter and leave it there for about a week. Keep replacing the clay cat litter with fresh until the stains are gone. My son cleaned up a whole puddle of transmission fluid this way. The stain completely vanished.

My dad lets a strong degreaser sit on the stains overnight. Then he uses industrial-strength soap and a hard brush (tire brush or a shop broom). He then uses his pressure washer to wash all of this away.

Try pouring hot water on top of it. The heat should make it less viscous and the oil would flow away.
