Notice you say you've tried everything, so I won't suggest newspapers from your county and surrounding counties. You said you've tried all the websites, I should suppose that includes Monster, and Craigslist. So, depending on your job, whether it is professional or trades, and your county or cities ordinances, etc., try advertising your skills in a couple of low-cost or free newspapers, placing a sign in your vehicle (check city ordinance,etc.), and finally going over to any and all community agencies in your area. These are not there only to help pregnant women or to give foodstamps, these offices have lists of jobs and/ or information about other agencies that do.
