i let a friend drive a car i had now the deal was since everything was still in my name and i still owe the dealer she would keep up the payments she got the car 2-24-06 and has not paid anything since 3-22-06 was i mwong 4 going 2 get the car without notice or i should have warned her

she did not warn me that she wasnt going 2 pay so i did not warn that i was picking it up

One thing you should know is that the worst business you can make is with your family and friends. Fact is that it always end up in a mess. Yea you should of told her but what done is done.

There was no need to warn her about getting the car back, she knows she broke the deal and she should of done the right thing and notified you immediately about it so you could get the car ASAP.

You should have told her but probably wanted to avoid a confrontation. I think you did the right thing, though. Business deals don't usually go well with close friends.

h.e.l.l no u shouldnt have warned her if it was me i would of taken it n not said a word to her, friend ya right a friend dont do that stuff to u n leave u n ur credit in ruins
