Dry nipples! Put lotion on them if you want them to stop!!!

Probably from the clothes you wear. Sometimes shirts can rub nipples and irritate them. Wear loose fitting shirts for a while.

Nips are very sensitive to drying. Maybe you have recently changed detergents or body washes? Moisturize with coco butter.

this is often a sign of too much estrogen
you are not taking steroids are u?
get a blood test to look at your hormones

becuase you havent scratched them enough and its your body telling you that they need to be scratched. How else would it work?

you could have breast cancer. (men can get breast cancer). your nipples are dry, like that one person said. put some lotion on them. maybe your pecs are getting bigger. ingrown hairs maybe?
