Get in shape.
Take a friend that is a girl shopping with you to buy clothes. Buy what she recommends
Wear Burberry or Polo cologne in small amounts
Haircut and shave....get one.
Ask girl to go for coffee with you on a thursday.
Have something interesting to say. Example: Tell her you always wanted to do some volunteer work and would she be interested at signing up with you to work at Make a Wish Foundation or Habitat for Humanity on a specific day and time a few weeks out.

Trust. Very simply, trust. Get up, take a shower, get dressed, go outside. Sit on a park bench or take your laundry to a laundermat and just trust. Eventually, when you least expect it, you will find someone that will show you the love you deserve. Go out and be part of life.
