Like it was trying to be uncircumsized. When hard, I have not lost size but many times when soft, I have to pull the skin back. Has this happened to anyone?

they were a bit too careful when they cut it im thinking but no worrys as long as its kept clean same as with someone who is not or if you are heavy then that happens sometimes too im a girl and as long as it works who cares but i know you guys worry about things like that plus it might be a plus to "having to pull it back" if you know what i mean lol

You just have a "loose" circumcision. Mine is loose also, but not as much as I would like for it to be. Don't sweat it and consider yourself fortunate.
