Get into yahoo chat, when I click Yahoo Chat, A page comes up that says something like "we are now available to users under the age of eighteen" but it doesn't bring me to the chat page.

I think the best way is download yahoo messenger, the chat program.

I'm not exactly sure how and was trying the same thing, so my advice is keep looking for other ways to enter those chat rooms and if you fail look for other sites with the same chat room criteria.
