Less is more. Do not be "wordy". Use past tense verbs such as, accomplished, directed, raised, completed, established, exceeded. Carrerbuilders.com is a good site. Networking is still the best resource for a job. Let as many people as possible know who you are and you are looking for a job. I have gotten most of my jobs through networking and have hired most of my employees the same way.
