he will play in the MLS but its way in the future ,he still thinks he can play for madrid for another 3 years ,then across the pond

I Love soccer, and it would be such a waste for that kind of talent to be wasted in the MLS. It is true the US does not take Soccer seriously. If it is true, I would love for such a great player to come play here it would be great for the MLS.

I saw this in the news paper on sunday when he announced that he was giving up his title as captain. I really hope he doesn't. America doesn't take football seriously and his skills will just be overlooked and wasted in America. He should stay in England.

i find it hard to believe that a player of beckham's caliber would come all the way over here to play in a country that scrapes the bottom of the barrel in soccer....he'd be better off in trinidad and tobago....

I heard about this as well. Who knows? Perhaps he might. I'm from America and I think him coming over here would not do anything positive for his career. Time will tell.
