Just stand there shyly and agree with whatever he says. If he does talk to you, then say hi to him every time you see him. If he is a normal guy, he will get the message. If he doesn't get it, he is either an idiot, or very shy also. Shy + shy = hard to get together. In that case, you would have to muster up courage and make a move on him. The easiest way is to ask him to offer him candy, because it is too much for you to eat. Then you are forced to stand together, and you don't have to talk much because you are eating candy. It also gives you something to talk about--candy. If he stands there and eats your candy and talks about candy, he likely likes you.
