the saying is beauty is in the eye of the beholder but i think that the same concept is applied to perfection. things that are considered perfect are different to every person. my idea of perfect is something that i can't find flaws in. everyone has their own idea of perfection but they can be persuaded to believe something is perfect or change their idea of perfection. for example people in Hollywood can make us think that celebrities are perfect. so only you can decide what is perfect but beware of people trying to change or control that idea to use it for their own needs.

Since you can't define a word by using the word itself (such as, "perfection is the state of being perfect"), you have to define the root of the word. In this case, "Perfect."
Perfect means without flaw.
1. Lacking nothing essential to the whole; complete of its nature or kind.
2. Being without defect or blemish: a perfect specimen.
3. Thoroughly skilled or talented in a certain field or area; proficient.

Perfection is purely subjective. There is no human authority who can determine the meaning of perfection.
