My fiance and I love pumpkin seeds, rice crackers (especially the crackers that have the wasabi balls in with them), we love to dry pop our own popcorn then put different Tabasco sauces on it. Thick homemade stew with large chunks of lean mean, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, barley and parsley. Parsley is a great way to add nutrition to almost any dinner dish. The mall here in town sells yummy fat free frozen yogurt.
It's hard to eat healthy at the movie theater, they don't allow you to bring your own food in. We usually sneak in with mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, homemade jerky...whatever is yummy and will fit in our pockets. *grin*

At the mall I love soft serve yogurt if I can find it, and those big squishy pretzels. At home I like lowfat microwave popcorn, Wow Doritos Wow Wavy Lays or whatever they're called...I dip the lowfat potato chips in lowfat cottage cheese, yummy!
IMO there is NO place for lowfat food at the fair...the only reason to even GO to the darn thing is all the yummy sinful food, lol. At the movies I get popcorn with no butter-still not great but oh well, and Junior Mints or Dots, both of which are kind of low in fat, at least for candy. Hey, you gotta live sometimes!!!

we are biologically conditioned to crave intense calorie ingredients. The cavemen didnt understand the position their next meal replaced into coming from so that they ate what they could. in the experience that they could load up on fattening issues each and every of the extra acceptable at the same time as the subsequent famine struck. Its that reasoning that makes women persons placed on weight exponentially at the same time as pregnant. The body is storing fat for the childs (and moms) survival. Its a difficulty in a present day international the position nutrition is substantial.
