Just an observation. Among people of the exact same age, Asians usually tend to look the youngest. This only gets truer as people move into middle age. Has anyone else noticed this?

I am a 34 year old half Asian woman and most people believe I am in my mid 20s. My Asian mother is over fifty and most people think she is in her early 40s.

All I can say is that their diets are better (higher in antioxidants, lower in fats and sugars) and over the millennia that may have contributed to genes that are less susceptible to the oxidation (or aging) process.

Eat more fish!

I have an Asian son-in-law.

Diet, diet, diet.

They eat some really weird stuff but just look at them-so grab some squid or green tea jelly and look great!
