Right click on an empty spot on the taskbar, and a menu will pop up. Put your mouse over "Toolbars" at the top, and uncheck "Desktop" from that menu. Voila! :)

u can do it for you hole life ! in group policy editing
for this:
in run bar type : gpedit and enter
a window will be open then go to administrator tools > desktop>change your properteis
