Dear Excelled,

Excel is a great way for you to create databases, pie/flow charts, conduct minor accounting, projections, etc. Aside from these common uses you can also do account reconciliation, conduct coding to do waveform audio interfacing, participate in minor programming and execute complex scientific function.

Excel is great. Every cell is like a calculator. It can act as a database as well. Every work sheet has 65 thousand rows and a couple hundred columns. You can create charts as someone mentioned as well. It can also run statistical analysis for you on data sets you provide.

You should download OpenOffice. It does everything that Microsoft Office (Excel) does and it doesn't cost anything.
