Too make a long and boring story short and to help you with your question, recently, I was looking for money making opportunities that didn't promise me to "get rich quick" or pay me "$30,000 a month" ( 2 sure warning signs of a scam) or cost any money to start. I was fortunate enough to come across a website that helped me with free info and tips on making extra money at home! I will post website at the bottom.
Also it is important to say, that in no way do I profit from this link, I only profit from the free information that I used from this site. (I would love to copy and paste the information but that is a copyright violation) So to keep it simple, I will briefly explain what I personally do to make money. Right now, I spend about 12 hours a week (depending on my free time) doing the suggestion that I am about to give you..
(a) Sell items on the Internet. I started out by selling extra items that I had at home, now I go to yard sales, check out discount bins at stores, etc and resell them for a profit on the net.
(b) This is the easiest way (for me) to make extra money. Believe it or not, I make pocket change by "reading emails. I just click on a email link and wait for a timer to expire, close the link and move onto the next email.
(c) Another popular way is to start your own blog and or website. You can share your experience or expertise, provide information ,sell items etc. It may take and effort to make money from your blog or website, but design it properly and your website or blog will pay for itself sooner or later. This is a great form of extra income because the internet is open 24 hours a day and seven days a week...Hopefully, you will find my answer helpful!!!

This is the legitmate way to make decent extra money with minimal effort. Go for the internet business, which requires less of your time and the one that will not make you feel headache with web designing, or which require IT knowledge. Second, choose the internet based company which offer you the opportunity and at the same time giving you the convenience to start the business. Third, choose the business, which does not require big money to start it.

Honestly, I tried so many opportunities offered through the internet and this is the only one that really works.

A. you have a point... and that was the point of the sequester that congress would make these obvoius cuts instead of just taking the intentionally painful sequester... how they weren't able to find these... I have no idea... it's mind numbingly partisan... B. to your idea, which I like...I would propose a two fold approach... two competing groups... each with a smaller internal section devoted to the oversight of the other... the groups literally get to keep a percentage of the cuts they make, say 15 percent, and the more cuts they find, the more they get paid... they can also hire more out of this same fund to increase findings and their overall average pay... hopefully, they will have 100 employees each and each will be making millions of dollars... as they will be cutting so much... but... each has that oversight group... a smaller group that examines the cuts of the other group and works to weed out cuts that were made improperly... if they find cuts that were made improperly (just cuts to get the money and items that were actually needed).. then they get to keep a percentage of the revenue of the funding for that program... and the group that found it receives a 5 percent punishment for the cost of that suggested cut that was improper... and of course, there would probably be a 9 member panel that settled the differences and made the hard decisions on which cuts were valid and not valid between the two groups... and this would be the trickiest part... finding good folks to serve on that panel... who weren't partisan hacks... the 9 would have a set salary and would be paid out of like 1 percent of the overall group findings... no more than 300 total folks... self regulated... self funded...

if you happen to have zero pride heh:
borrow a wheelchair and sit outside your local market panhandling. there are a couple girls that do this at mine and they absolutely clean up - one is on foot and one in the chair. after a while i noticed that they trade places sometimes, so the chair is just a prop but it does in fact evoke a lot of sympathy ... after realizing they were scammers, i sat in my car and watched for a few min, and several of the folks that wouldn't even look at the 'healthy' panhandler would stop and dig some change out for the 'disabled' one. extremely sleezy, but very effective.
