Unfortunately, the real answer to this is going to be somewhat complicated and less exciting than the first answer.
It will probably be things like locating and positioning the body in space, keeping track of time and the very random stuff of dreams.
Some neuro-scientist is going to come along with a better answer though... I work with plants.

,the 3 things i think the brain thinks of most is me being in my 20's, i think it thinks most of how the future will be for you, like is this job really good for me, Sex Meaning you and your partner will he or she help you or harm you in the long run?! and then there's money like will you make enough money to move out to your own place. i hope i helped?

I can't speak for anyone else's brain but this is what mine thinks:
6:00am: "Not that DAMN alarm clock again! I'm ignoring you, I'm ignoring you...."
7:00am: "I'm still ignoring you...."
7:30am: "Alright already! You win!"
At this point I have 30 mins. to get to work. It takes 45 mins. to get there.
7:31am: "Brush those teeth! Faster, faster! Put on your clothes stupid, we're going to be late!"
8:30 am: "Good lie, good lie, good lie. Oh, got it! Tell them your dog locked you out the house when you went to let him out this morning."
11:00 am: "I'm hungry. Is it lunch time yet. Ooooh! I want a pizza. I love pizza. Let's see pepperoni, ham, bacon.....Mmmmmm bacon!"
11:01-11:59 am: "Mmmmmmmmm bacon!"
12:00 pm: "BACON!!!!!!"
1:00-5:00 pm: "You're on your own! I'm taking a nap."
5:01 pm: "I'm thirsty! Water? No. Coke? No. Beer! Mmmmmm beer."
5:02-11:00pm: ".................(can't remember).........(beer)......"
Rinse and repeat for 365 days!
