Ive been seeing this women for 2 years. She had an affair about 6 months ago. I was so hurt because i loved her. Instead of treating her better i got worse. Name calling, just childish remarks showing immaturity. Now the relationship is coming to an end but i dont want it to. How do I prove my love to her? She says she is scared because she thinks i might still treat her bad if she takes me back. How could i assure her that i wont. I really do love this girl. I would do anything to have her. Please help.

no i dont like to be mistreated but every girl has cheated on me. Im too nice to people. I believe it was insecurity that lead me to do those things. She has an attention problem she thinks she needs everyones attention at all times. I started dating her because i wanted to help her. Plus we could talk for hours and never touch the same subject twice. This is the only one that im fighting for. Everyone says that if i love her then i should set her free, but i believe that if i love her than i will fight for her. She says she did those things because she feels that i dont love her. I've tried everything, talking on the phone, telling her i love her kissing her on the forehead, bringin her roses, opening doors, and i even stooped to a new low by reading her the best poem i could find that was relevant to our relationship. Any more answers would be greatly appreciated

Her having an affair while you were seeing each other means that something went so wrong in your relationship. I wouldn't call you immature for being angry with her but I don't think you approached the problem properly.
I believe you should discuss the reasons that led her to having this affair in order to prevent any similar situations from happening.
You can prove your love to her by showing her you're willing to start over and trying to save your relationship.

well fist off she didnt treat you very good when she cheated on you . and there fore the name calling could have come from a since of insecurity on your part afaird shell do it again. but if you truely love her tell her that if shell work with you then i sugesst that the both of you take it very slowly and work out your differences. ask her too dinner , bring flowers and tell her that you love her more than anything and even though she cheated on you you forgave her and would like to give it one last shot with eachother but you want to take it slowly and not rush this time around. that way shell know if you are going to fully forgive her .
