I'm not sure, i'm a democrat so I'm barely smart enough to stop from sticking my head up my dog's a** all day. I had to have someone type this for me since I'm so stupi...

I suppose in some very narrow minded interpretations that could be true but let's face it, even Republicans sin.

I personally am a Christian-and a Roman Catholic one at that!- and I am a registered Democrat-from Massachusetts! If you think that there is some contradiction in that or that it is somehow "wrong", bring it!

And BTW, what Bill Clinton was or wasn't is not something on which any of us needs to waste our time. Isn't it perverted that we as a nation wasted that much time on the whole incident? Were it not for that colossal misappropration of resources most of would not even know who Monica Lewinsky is, as it should be. Let's spend our time, money and effort on real issues like health care, please. Thank you.

No Mr. Clinton was an adulterer but his religous background has nothing to do with his political stand.

I think you can be democrat and still be a Christian, although it might be difficult. My uncel was a dem and he was a Christian also. But then he stood by the political party from the old days not the way the party has developed now.

But then you didn't ask that did you.

Yes it is. I'm a Christian, I'm also a Democrat. The reason I vote for the Democratic party is, Republicans use the gay marriage, abortion card to get the Christian vote. What have they done about it?, more gay marriages since bush has been in than any other time in history, the vice pres has an openly gay daughter. What has been done about abortions?, NOTHING!..The bottom line is, the republican party use that to get votes, they dont want to "fix" it, they won't have anything to get votes if they do! Abortions and Gay right and other "moral" issues, are just that...Moral issues, you can't legislate morality. I personally would never want my daughter to have an abortion, BUT...I think in case of rape, or her own health and well being, SHE should have the right to decide, NOT the courts....just my opinion..as a Christian...

If a person believes that Jesus Christ is the son of God, and that he came down to die for his sins and rose from the grave, YES, it is possible for a democrat to be a Christian.

However, the democrat-Christian may not know about what really goes on in the Democratic party. Not all Democrats are as bad as you think (I'm a Republican btw.), and that some democrats may be Christians.

YES. It is possible. Those self-righteous, right-wing conservatives WANT you to believe that democrats have no Christian values. It's all propaganda. Religion is their "thing." If democrats were viewed as Christian, what advantage would republicans have over them? They use religion to get ahead. It's time that people woke up and realized that.

Yes, Bill Clinton was an infidel, but I can name you dozens and dozens of child molesting PREACHERS. hypocritical? yes.

Christians know that no one is perfect. That includes both Clinton the fornicator and Bush the liar.

Are you serious?

The Christian right made a deal with the Devil to vote George Bush in.

The Devil said I'll give you this If you give me my war and violence escalating forever into eternal crisis.

The Christians voted for the Devil!

How Ironic.

Yes, of course it is possible.

In any religion, personal belief is not cookie-cutter.. there are some people more and less into their religion, and their beliefs differ. So along with that, you can be a democrat and be a christian.

yes its possible, just like it is possible for a war monger like george bush to be a christian. Besides, jimmy swagert did thesame thing and worse, as clinton, and you fundamentalists say he is a christian.
